Hi! I'm Cassandra

I help female family caregivers 35+ decrease stress and increase self-care. 

I’m so glad that you’re here! I’m a licensed social worker with 18 years of experience in the world of healthcare; in addition to being a stress management coach, facilitator and content creator  who specializes in stress management and self-care.

I've spent most of my time in healthcare working with older adults and their family caregivers and I have been a caregiver for several family members of

my own.  I've been there - stressed out, overwhelmed, getting sick, etc. It's because of my experiences that I created Master Your Stress.
